Civil Litigation Associate

Our client is a boutique litigation firm dedicated to protecting homeowners in disputes with residential contractors, builders, and developers, including defective construction, contract disputes, delays, liens, payment disputes, and warranty claims. They are seeking a driven litigator with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop into a skilled trial attorney. Construction law experience is a plus, but passion, initiative, and strong advocacy skills matter most. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, client-focused work with hands-on litigation and trial experience.
