Have questions about how our subscriptions work? We’ve answered the most common ones below so you can choose your plan with confidence.

1. How do your subscription packages work?

Our packages are based on a set number of litigation and/or paralegal support hours each month. You choose a plan that fits your caseload, and we deliver professional drafting, case management, discovery, and trial prep within that timeframe.

2. Do unused hours roll over?

 

  • Monthly Plans: No. Hours do not roll over and must be used within the month.

  • Annual Plans: Yes. Unused hours roll over for up to 12 months, giving you more flexibility to balance busy periods with lighter months.

 

3. What happens if I need more hours than my plan allows?

You can purchase additional hours at your discounted subscription rate. If your workload is consistently above your plan, we recommend upgrading to the next tier or choosing an annual plan for maximum savings.

4. Which practice areas do you support?

We provide litigation and paralegal support in criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, and immigration. Our paralegals are trained to integrate seamlessly into your workflow.

5. How do you handle confidentiality and security?

We use secure communication platforms, NDAs, and case management systems (Clio, MyCase, NetDocuments, etc.) to ensure your client data remains protected.

6. Can you work in our firm’s case management system?

7. Is there a long-term contract?

 

  • Monthly Plans: No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans: Commitment is for 12 months, but you gain rollover privileges and discounted pricing.

 

8. Do you offer flat-fee services instead of subscriptions?

Yes. In addition to subscriptions, we offer flat-fee project work (e.g., bankruptcy petition prep, supervised visitation reports, or document drafting) if you prefer case-by-case support.

9. Who will be working on my cases?

Your work is handled by experienced  litigation and paralegal professionals trained in your practice area. Larger plans (Professional Edge and Executive Support) include a dedicated point of contact or project manager.
